Orders must be prepaid with a check or money order in U.S. dollars, or by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or your debit card. You may call your order in to us 24 hours a day at (800) 779-6750 or fax it to (714) 668-1344. You may also E-Mail to us at order@sycamoretree.com. If you want to speak with a live person, call Monday through Thursday between 9 am and 5 pm, Pacific time. If you have questions about a product, please call (714) 668-1343 before placing your order. Be sure to use dark ink on all FAX orders and include your credit card number. No C.O.D.'s are accepted. Checks may be held to clear, thus causing a delay in shipping. Please remember to include the shipping/handling and sales tax (California residents only). If you have a balance due on your order that is $2.00 or more, we will hold your order and notify you. If it is less, we will send it and expect you to send us the difference. If you have overpaid by $2.00 or more, we will send a check with your order. If the overage is less than $2.00, we will apply the balance to a future order.
If we are shipping to you in a foreign country, the shipping and handling charge is doubled for Canada and Mexico. All other countries pay triple the regular shipping and handling fee. All foreign orders are shipped by surface mail. If you wish to have your order insured, add an extra 10% to the cost of your items. If you choose not to purchase this insurance, we are not responsible for orders that do not arrive at their destination. Please be advised that we hold foreign orders until all items are in stock to avoid having to ship your order in pieces. If you do not want your order to be held, please let us know and allow for us to charge you for extra shipping and handling either by giving us a charge card number or adding extra money to your check. If you have written a check, we will reimburse you for the difference. We can also Airmail. Individual prices will apply depending on weight.
It is our policy to ship orders within three working days, although many orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow extra time during August and September. Orders may be shipped by United Parcel Service, so be sure to give us your street address and special delivery instructions if necessary. UPS takes 7 to 12 working days to deliver your package to you depending on where you live. We will send any order within the continental United States by UPS, second day air or Priority Mail if you include double shipping. Be sure to indicate if you want that service on your order. If your mailing address is different, let us know so we can send you a new catalog next year. Also, back orders will automatically be shipped to you by U.S. Mail when they arrive from our suppliers.
Save money and order with friends! All orders over $500 will be shipped FREE to a single address within the U.S. Does not include second day air shipping. Second day air shipping on orders over $500 will be charged regular shipping and handling charges. Does not apply to Sycamore Tree Party orders. Sorry, no free shipping on foreign orders. This offer may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Occasionally during busy times, an item that you have ordered is not on our shelves in our warehouse. Backorders can take up to 3-4 weeks to come into our warehouse. Generally the item on backorder is either being processed by our suppliers or on its way to us. If not, then the item will be ordered from the supplier. We will not charge you for the backordered item until it comes into our warehouse and you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling.
You can cancel your order only if it has not been processed. Orders are generally processed within one to two working days. If you are not completely satisfied with any items, you may return them within 15 days after receipt for a credit, a new order, or a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), providing the materials have not been used or damaged. Please package them carefully and send by UPS or insured mail. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipping. To receive credit for the return you must include a copy of your invoice and reason for the return. Videos, DVDs, CDs, CD ROMs, cassettes, and computer programs are not returnable unless defective and may only be exchanged for the same item. If the original item was charged to a credit card, we are legally bound to credit your card and may not send you a check. Returns take up to 6 weeks for processing to receive a refund or exchange.
We will be glad to include a greeting from you if we are shipping a present! Also gift certificates are available for family and friends. One family sent gift certificates to everyone on their Christmas list.
